White Center Community Hub

White Center Community Hub was a 16-month ground up Commercial project that emphasized modern exposed Architecture.

This project's focal point was its exposed ceiling where we were able to show off our craftmanship with exposed conduit work and a unique lighting package.  Featuring energy management, storm pump controls, wireless lighting controls, inverters, shunt trips, 30k solar system, a top-of-the-line AV system and much more making this a standout building for the community.

Through the project Steele Electric coordinated with Seattle City light, LNI, and multiple commissioning agency's along with the owner provided commissioning agent to ensure a perfect turn over to the owners
